1. Definitions

CLAUSE 1.0

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "opeso" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at opeso.net, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features offered thereunder.
• "Account" refers to a registered player account created on the opeso platform by a verified individual.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any registered individual who holds an active opeso account and uses the platform's services.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the currency in which all opeso transactions are denominated.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held within your opeso account, denominated in PHP.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or cashback amount credited to your account by opeso.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by opeso in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "RNG" refers to Random Number Generator technology, the certified software system used to ensure random and unmanipulated game outcomes on the opeso platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

CLAUSE 2.0

By accessing or using opeso, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You are at least 21 years of age as required by Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are accessing opeso from the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
• You are not acting on behalf of any undisclosed third party.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

CLAUSE 2.1

opeso reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice except where material changes are involved. Material changes will be communicated via registered email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Registration

CLAUSE 3.0 — AGE REQUIREMENT

Access to opeso is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming platforms operating within the Philippines. opeso actively verifies player age during the registration process and through periodic KYC review. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All funds associated with such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.

CLAUSE 3.1 — ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the opeso platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. opeso employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, opeso reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

CLAUSE 3.2 — REGISTRATION INFORMATION

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. opeso will conduct KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal request and reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID) — at any stage of the relationship. Failure to complete KYC verification satisfactorily will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.

4. Account Security

CLAUSE 4.0

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your opeso account credentials, including your username and password. opeso strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and that you do not share your login details with any other person. opeso will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or social media.

CLAUSE 4.1

You must notify opeso immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. opeso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials, except where such loss results from our own negligence or system breach.

CLAUSE 4.2

opeso reserves the right to lock or suspend your account without notice if unusual activity is detected — including but not limited to: login attempts from unrecognised devices, rapid succession of large transactions, or patterns consistent with account compromise or fraud.

5. Deposits and Payments

CLAUSE 5.0

All deposits made to opeso are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). opeso accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment channels as listed on the platform's cashier page from time to time. Supported methods may be updated without prior notice.

CLAUSE 5.1

Deposits are credited to your opeso wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya deposits are typically near-instant; bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the sending institution and Instapay/PESONet availability.

CLAUSE 5.2

You confirm that all funds deposited to opeso are legally obtained and are your own funds. opeso is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), where required by law. The use of opeso for money laundering or any illicit financial purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.

CLAUSE 5.3

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your opeso account and may be adjusted by opeso at any time. Players may also request self-imposed deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming settings of their account — see Section 13.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

CLAUSE 6.0

opeso may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are credited in PHP and are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time of issue, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), eligible games lists, and expiry timeframes.

CLAUSE 6.1

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on the specific promotion page. Real-money funds in your wallet are used for wagering before bonus funds unless otherwise indicated by the platform.

CLAUSE 6.2

opeso reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Bonuses that have been credited in error will be removed from your account without prior notice. Any winnings derived from an erroneously credited bonus may also be voided at opeso's discretion.

CLAUSE 6.3 — BONUS ABUSE

opeso actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses more than once; using low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to exchange bonus funds; and systematic exploitation of free bet or cashback structures. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, opeso will void all bonus-derived winnings, close the associated account(s), and may refer the matter to Philippine gaming authorities.

7. Withdrawals

CLAUSE 7.0

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money-laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. opeso reserves the right to require alternative verification before processing withdrawals to a different channel.

CLAUSE 7.1

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players who have not yet verified their identity will be prompted to do so before their first withdrawal is processed. opeso targets a processing time of one to three business days for approved withdrawals; actual credit times depend on the receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider.

CLAUSE 7.2

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your opeso account. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed. opeso does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

CLAUSE 7.3

opeso reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or outstanding KYC requirements. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with the information required to resolve it.

8. Game Rules and Fairness

CLAUSE 8.0

All games available on opeso — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, poker, cat fishing, and sportsbook markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or game information panel. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that specific game only.

CLAUSE 8.1

All casino games on opeso utilise certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by opeso, its game providers, or any player. opeso's RNG systems are subject to periodic independent audits as required by applicable regulatory standards.

CLAUSE 8.2

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game interruption, opeso reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. opeso will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, third-party game provider errors, or force majeure events.

CLAUSE 8.3 — SPORTSBOOK

Sports betting markets on opeso — including PBA, NBA, boxing, UFC, football, and other events — are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable at the time of bet placement. opeso reserves the right to void or suspend markets in the event of match irregularities, event postponements, or data feed errors. Void bets will have stakes returned to the player's wallet.

9. Prohibited Conduct

CLAUSE 9.0

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on opeso and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one opeso account.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other format where player-vs-player dynamics are involved.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits made to opeso.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using opeso for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system as described in Section 6.3.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing opeso staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

CLAUSE 9.1

opeso will take immediate action — up to and including permanent account suspension and legal referral — upon confirmed violation of any prohibition listed in this section. Funds associated with accounts closed for prohibited conduct may be forfeited in their entirety.

10. Intellectual Property

CLAUSE 10.0

All content on the opeso platform — including but not limited to the opeso brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the property of opeso or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any opeso content without prior written authorisation.

CLAUSE 10.1

opeso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to scraping, data mining, or any systematic extraction of content from the opeso platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

CLAUSE 11.0

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, opeso shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform; loss of profits or revenue resulting from game outcomes; losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events; or losses resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your account credentials.

CLAUSE 11.1

opeso's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to opeso in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

CLAUSE 11.2

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude opeso's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by opeso; or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming law.

12. Privacy and Data

CLAUSE 12.0

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by opeso is governed by the opeso Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. Please review the opeso Privacy Policy carefully, as it describes how we handle your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules.

13. Responsible Gaming

CLAUSE 13.0

opeso is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your opeso wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing during an active session.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the opeso platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay showing session duration and net win/loss figures.

CLAUSE 13.1

14. Account Suspension and Termination

CLAUSE 14.0

opeso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Player self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease providing services to the player.

CLAUSE 14.1

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or prohibited conduct, opeso will process any remaining verified real-money balance back to the player's verified payment method, net of any outstanding wagering requirements or legitimate chargebacks, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable balances through completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

CLAUSE 14.2

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting opeso support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three business days. Players who have set a self-exclusion period may not reopen their account until that period has fully elapsed.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

CLAUSE 15.0

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the process below.

CLAUSE 15.1

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith direct negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact opeso support in the first instance. opeso will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five business days and to reach a resolution within 20 business days of receipt of a written complaint.

CLAUSE 15.2

Where a complaint relates to the fairness of a game outcome or the application of these Terms to a specific transaction, opeso may refer the matter to an independent third-party adjudicator or to PAGCOR's player complaint resolution mechanism, as applicable.
